Analysis of Yogurt by Dynamic Headspace and SPME

This application note will compare dynamic headspace and Solid Phase Micro Extraction (SPME) sampling techniques for the detection of the volatile components in plain yogurt. Yogurt has been around for years and the health benefits are well known. With the advent of Greek yogurt, there has been increased interest and consumption of yogurt. Yogurt is a very healthy food.
